The Youth Development Program is a voluntary, statewide extended care program for teens and young adults who have spent time in the care of VT's Department for Children and Families. By investing in these young people, YDP promotes healthier and better connected young adults, families, and communities.Â

The Vermont Coalition of Runaway and Homeless Youth Programs connects youth, advocates, agencies, and funders to ensure the existence of a statewide network of services for Vermont youth who are disconnected from their families, experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of becoming homeless. Â
